Proposals for Alternative Structures to EVOSTC

In the fall of 2018 the EVOS Trustee Council received two proposals for altering the structure of EVOSTC. At their subsequent annual meeting, the Trustees requested that EVOSTC staff and long-time EVOSTC auditor Max Mertz (principal at MERTZ, CPA and Advisor) review aspects of the proposals and analyze the EVOSTC budget. The proposals, subsequent analyses and evaluations are below.

Alternative Structures Proposals

• EVOS Restoration Foundation Proposal

• New Vision for EVOS. A roadmap to reshape the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trust
  Submitted by the self-named “EVOS Think Tank of Citizens”

Analysis and Evaluations
