This year’s Invitation will focus on lingering oil, injured resources (with an emphasis on Pacific herring) and lost or diminished human services.

FY07 Invitation for Proposals

On June 1, 2006, the Trustee Council released the FY 2007 Invitation for Proposals. The Invitation seeks projects related to the integration of information that will help assess or restore groups of interrelated species or services. The Invitation supports the ongoing program of restoration, research, and monitoring of the resources and services injured by the 1989 oil spill.

FY07 Proposal Application Materials

The FY07 Invitation contains instructions and forms required for submitting a research proposal for possible funding. Please note: Budget forms (Excel format) must be downloaded separately. You must submit:

• Resumes
• Budget Justification

• Data Management Statement

Trustee Agency Proposals

Please submit one paper copy and one electronic copy. Proposals will not be accepted by fax. Submit proposals via e-mail or portable media (Windows platform) to the EVOSTC Science Coordinator at the EVOSTC office in Anchorage (address at left).

Non-Trustee Agency Organizations

Non-Trustee Agency organization proposals are also welcome (please refer to the FY07 Invitation for more information). These should be submitted to:
