The members of the PAC advise the Trustee Council on decisions relating to allocation of funds and conduct of restoration and monitoring activities related to the oil spill. The makeup of the PAC is intended to reflect balanced representation from the public at large as well as members from selected principal interests.

The Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council requested nominations for Public Advisory Committee (PAC) members to serve a 24 month term from October 2010 through September 2012. Nominations were due to the Trustee Council Office by close of business on Friday, August 6, 2010.
